The Village Bank is Drop-Off Location for Parmenter Food Pantry
WAYLAND, MASSACHUSETTS, May 20, 2008 …Patricia MacNeil, manager of the Wayland branch of The Village Bank, announced today that the branch is now a drop-off location for donations to the Parmenter Wayland Food Pantry run by Parmenter Community Health.
Local residents may drop-off non-perishable food items and/or financial donations the Pantry will use to purchase items that are in short supply. Non-food items needed include dish and laundry detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, toothpaste, mouthwash and soap.
Food pantry donations may be dropped at The Village Bank at any time during normal business hours. The Bank, located at 62 Boston Post Road in Wayland, is open Monday-Wednesday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to Noon.
