MacLellan and Conzo celebrate 20 years of service at The Village Bank
AUBURNDALE, MASSACHUSETTS, June 2, 2008 … Two employees of The Village Bank were recognized for 20-year service milestones at the Bank’s recent Annual Meeting. Elizabeth MacLellan of Milton and Debbie Conzo of Framingham were acknowledged and thanked by Kenneth C. Brennan, president and CEO, for their many years of dedication to the Bank.

MacLellan
Elizabeth MacLellan joined the Village Bank in 1988 with over 10 years of experience in the lending area. She set up the Bank’s original loan department and oversaw a period of rapid growth through 2001, when she assumed responsibility for compliance and the Bank’s Community Reinvestment activities.

She earned a national certification from the Institute of Financial Bankers in 2003 as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager. She was named a senior vice president in 2006.

Active in the community, MacLellan has been involved with numerous community groups. She has also served on the Board of Directors of the John M. Barry Boys and Girls Club and is currently in her second year as president of that organization.

Conzo
Debbie Conzo joined the Bank in 1988 as a teller. She was named head teller when the Bank opened its new building in Auburndale in 1991. The following year, she accepted the newly created position as assistant to the president, and was also responsible for all salary and benefits administration over the following decade.

She was named an assistant vice president in 2000 and, in addition to her responsibilities as assistant to Brennan, she currently serves as the Clerk of the corporate Governance Committee and Clerk of the Board of Directors.
